Handmade Macaron

We travelled the South Coast of France, sampling, nibbling, asking and… well more nibbling!

We sampled a small mountain of macaron, but still we could find our perfect one. So we made our own.

Chewy, crunchy almond shells filled with delicious chocolate ganache… they are unforgettable ┬áto be savoured although that last part tends to go out the window once one of our macaron gift boxes are opened
