Handmade Macaron

We travelled the South Coast of France, sampling, nibbling, asking and… well more nibbling!

We sampled a small mountain of macaron, but still we could find our perfect one. So we made our own.

Chewy, crunchy almond shells filled with delicious chocolate ganache… they are unforgettable  to be savoured although that last part tends to go out the window once one of our macaron gift boxes are opened
